Smoking had been associated with increased mortality rates which was known to be responsible for 90% of all lung cancer cases, 75% of chronic bronchitis and emphysema and 25% of ischemic heart disease globally [1]. However, “the tobacco industry still does not publicly accept that smoking causes lung cancer” [2].
